Meet Charles "Chuck" Mullins

As a passionate advocate for my clients for over 30 years, I have successfully represented hard working Mississippians in a variety of legal matters, including serious personal injury, wrongful death, police and jail abuse cases as well as criminal defense. I work tirelessly to ensure my clients receive the compensation and justice they deserve. I handle Federal and State cases.
Chuck is a 1994 graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law, he has a diverse practice in criminal defense, personal injury, complex consumer litigation, class actions, and civil and criminal appellate work. A lifetime member of the Mississippi Association of Justice, Chuck has served on the Mississippi Rules Advisory Committee since 2004. He lives in Jackson with his son, Gavin.
